In order to create an energy and design conscience, the company chose to develop a system to give hands-on shape to light. The Reggiani IOS, Interchangeable Optical System was created in 2005 and is the result of research conceived and investigated by Fabio Reggiani, exponent of a pragmatic and energy aware culture. This is the first system with interchangeable optics giving designers the possibility of creating extremely high energy efficiency solutions as well as great design freedom.

Indeed, one substantial consideration lies behind the Reggiani IOS design: generally, the luminous efficiency of luminaires does not exceed 65%. Design flexibility has always been a Reggiani priority, in the past and in this case too. So, Reggiani IOS is an extremely high efficiency optical system that gives the luminaire integrating it a luminous efficiency of up to 90%. The Reggiani project for the future is the freedom and the pleasure of improving the quality of the environment.
