Darc Awards is the lighting award organized by mondo*arc and darc magazines’, two of the most widely read and respected lighting design publications in the world.
The final act of the award takes place on September 15th in London with a special award ceremony, the Darc Night.
The event is set in one of the most atmospheric venue in London, the MC Motor building. The night is characterized by light art, street food and lighting installations, making the Darc Night an award ceremony unlike any other traditional ceremonial.
Darc night concept as well is unique in its kind: all the projects are judged by a group of international independent lighting designers and established light artists, reflecting a truly collective opinion.
For this year edition we submitted three of “Our bright new ideas” for this Awards, Yori Linear, Mood and Cells and we will support the great night as sponsors for the second year, taking part in one of the light installation collaborating with Speirs+Major lighting design studio.
