Krokslätt is a changing area in Mölndal, which is undergoing an exciting transformation: The Weaver hotel is part of the city renewal with its 370 rooms and conference rooms for 600 people, a 500m2 conference hall, as well as a restaurant and bar.

The building is based on the modern architecture of the area with high design ambitions. The hotel tower becomes a landmark and attraction for the emerging city in the Mölndalsån valley. The façade is made up of tall, narrow sections of glass and high-quality facade sheeting in various shades from dark copper tones to uncolored metal: glass and sheet metal form a pattern on the facade. The building meets the urban space with openness, transparency and high attention to detail and materiality in the facade.

The lower two floors house the restaurant, bar and lobby on the entrance level and the conference room on the upper floor. Yori Evo Ghostrack in sizes Ø60mm, Ø75mm, Ø95mm projector system have been used to illuminate the hotel areas, which allows the creation of unique lighting patterns and configurations, ensuring maximum freedom of installation and positioning. The small size of the projectors and the power supply that disappears inside the tracks define the architecture of the hotel in an unobtrusive way, ensuring high lighting performance and enhancing objects and spaces.
