Surface Design Show is the only show in the UK to focus on interior and exterior surfaces for the built environment. The event takes place from 7 to 9 February 2017 at the Business Design Centre, London. This year edition incorporates also the LightSchool, and the SDAwards.

Light School aims to make all attendees feel ‘inspired by light’; launched in 2014, presented by Light Collective and supported by the Institution of Lighting Professionals this ‘show within a show’ educates designers about lighting and highlights the ways in which light can affect the appearance of surfaces.

Located within Light School, the Product School enables visitors to discover on-trend and new lighting designs to incorporate into their projects. In this context you’ll find us showcasing our bright new ideas.

The Surface Design Awards recognize examples of progressive design and the use of innovative surfaces in projects both in the UK and internationally; launched in 2013, the Awards have grown quickly both in stature and the number of entrants.

The show will also host the Nightshift, the installation we made for the 2016 darc night event in London  in collaboration with lighting design studio Speirs + Major. NightShift is an immersive installation that explores how artificial light contributes to the personal experience of urban space.
